Land Rover is considering a limited production run of a vehicle based on the Defender Dakar D7X-R, currently competing in the Stock class of the Dakar Rally, in response to customer demand. While loosely based on the OCTA model, the D7X-R is designed solely for competition and not available to the public, but could be adapted in a road legal form for a small number of units.
The revival efforts for Spyker, the Dutch automotive brand, are gaining momentum with the introduction of a new model, the C8 Aileron LM85, developed by a collaborative team including Milan Moraday and R Company.
