Anticipating the arrival of a new car, particularly one like the Ford Mustang GTD, can be excruciating, but owners are being advised to wait for 30 days to get behind the wheel after delivery. This gives time for the paint to cure before applying a protective film to prevent damage to the bodywork, although many owners may give in to the temptation to drive the 815hp performance car.
